Manufacture Skills: NPC's vs. UPC's, What are their differences?
NPCs in cities can only manufacture recipes up to level 60.
After that, you need a UPC the same level as the item you want crafted.
For example, to craft a level 84 ring mail recipe, you need a level 84 Idge.
This is confirmed in other versions of GE.

STR - Damage modifier for melee weapons and skills. Marginally affects aspd of heavy 2h swords (like earthcracker and big bang, the ones that have higher base ATK at expense of aspd penalty).
AGI - Main aspd modifier. Marginally affects evasion.
CON - Determines max HP. Supposedly affects chance to resist debuffs, though this has not been confirmed (and I personally doubt it). CON stands for Constitution.
DEX - Damage modifier for ranged weapons and skills. Marginally affects crit rate. Also affects construction damage for Jack and Yeganeh. Marginally affects healing power in conjunction with INT.
INT - Damage modifier for caster weapons and skills. Marginally affects healing power in conjunction with DEX.
CHR - Damage modifier for summons.
